Your Treatment Plan

Every client begins with a thorough assessment. From there, we build a personalised treatment arc — not a one-size programme, but a sequence designed around your specific presentation.

01
Phase One

Initial Assessment

A comprehensive 75-minute intake session. We review your history, identify primary and contributing patterns, and establish a clear picture of what your body needs before any needles or hands are applied.

Week 1 · 75 min

02
Phase Two

Active Treatment

A structured series of sessions combining clinical acupuncture, Thai bodywork, and where indicated, cosmetic acupuncture. Each session builds on the previous one — your practitioner adjusts the approach as the program progresses.

Weeks 2–8 · Weekly sessions

03
Phase Three

Review & Maintain

A mid-program review at Week 4 and a full end-of-program written summary with maintenance recommendations. We design schedules that keep you ahead of recurring patterns — not constantly reacting to them.

Week 4 review + end-of-program summary

What Every Plan Includes

  • Comprehensive intake assessment with written recovery plan
  • Practitioner notes shared across your treating team
  • Mid-program check-in (no additional charge)
  • End-of-program written summary with maintenance recommendations
  • Priority scheduling for maintenance sessions post-program
  • Flexibility to adjust modalities as your needs evolve

"We don't offer packages to fill a calendar. We design plans because structured, sequential treatment produces results that single sessions cannot. Every plan is reassessed at the midpoint — and adjusted if needed."
