1. Bookings
By booking an appointment at ACUPOINTS, you confirm that you have provided accurate personal and health information. Bookings are confirmed via email confirmation. Please check your confirmation email for appointment details.
2. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- 24+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session price may be charged.
- No-show (failure to attend without notice): The full session fee may be charged.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Contact us as early as possible and we will handle these situations with discretion.
3. Late Arrival
Arriving late may reduce your treatment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the next client is not affected. The full session fee applies in these circumstances.
4. Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information at booking and during the consultation. This includes all relevant medical conditions, medications, and recent procedures. Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment. ACUPOINTS is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld health information.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the clinic following each session, or at the time of program booking in accordance with the payment schedule agreed. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. All prices include GST.
6. Programs
Programs are non-refundable once treatment has commenced. If a program cannot be completed due to circumstances outside your control (injury, illness, relocation), we will work with you to find a reasonable resolution. Programs are non-transferable.
7. Limitation of Liability
ACUPOINTS will exercise reasonable care and professional skill in delivering all services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clinical treatment involves inherent variability — results depend on individual response, adherence to maintenance recommendations, and factors outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, images, and brand elements — is the property of ACUPOINTS. It may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
9. Website Use
