Website usage: anonymous analytics data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited and general location (country/city level)

To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments
To provide appropriate clinical care
To send appointment reminders (SMS and email)
To send post-appointment follow-up communications
To manage ACC claims where applicable
To improve the quality of our services through de-identified outcome data

We do not use your personal information for marketing without your explicit consent. If you consent to receiving updates or promotions, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Storage and Security

Client records are stored within our clinic management system (Cliniko or Jane App), which is a New Zealand-compliant, cloud-based platform with encrypted data storage. Practitioners access records only for the purposes of providing your care. Administrative staff access records for scheduling and billing purposes.

5. Retention

We retain health records for a minimum of 10 years from the date of your last treatment, in accordance with the Health (Retention of Health Information) Regulations 1996.

6. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner
